from bestbuy.com, i says batter only lasts from 1.5 to 3 hours.
the notebook is pretty cool, but it is also quite wide. i used a friends today, i dont own one, but it is only an inch shorter than most 17" centrino notebooks. In terms of resolution, you are looking at 1280x800 versus 1920x1200. Personally, id gladly sacrifice an inch and a pound just for that. And then there is the issue of integrated gfx vs bleeding edge 256mb video cards(6/7800).
the one thing i found very cool(and since i dont own it, im not sure exactly what was done to set this up) was that you could use it to watch tv over wifi.
