FFXI - Show us your Character

Thougt it would be interesting to see how many if any AW51M owners were playing FFXI. Thought I'd start off the thread with 2 pics of my level 6 Fighter (yeah I know not much imagination) - Plan to try a few characters in the beginning.

...eh well, thought i'd post, im a soon to be 5680 owner and i thought i will post my pic in a few days, im lvl 11 warrior on leviathan windurst... ill post tomorrow or somthing..

I've promised a good friend of mine (whom I used to play Diabo2 with ALL THE TIME) that I'd start up a FFXI player with him when I got my lapper. How does the game run on the 51m? I read in another post that you are having video issues otherwise, but how is the FPS and general look/feel of the game?

FFXI - how does it run...

Since I figured out my video problem -

I'm now loading all my software again -- Including having to re-load FFXI -- If and when the re-load finishes I plan to actually play - I'll post my results.

I have never played FFXI or any other FF. I was wondering what do you do in FF?

Seen 1 MMORPG you have Seen them ALL

Actually FFVII - was quite good -

FFXI - is a MMORPG - and its very much like all the rest of the MMORPG's out there - I just started - and will reserve my judgment until I can get some time to really play it -- beyond level 6 that is. Its worth a try if you like FF games.

right now im enjoying it alot and i think you get to do alottt more past lvls 20 or so. or so i hear, many people choose to be the extra jobs which require level thirty, but im still having fun playing with my friends and the 6 of us paty quite often, even though we are still in sarutabaruta (1st area of windurst). Ill post a pic later, i just deleted my old char so all my friends and i would start with new slates so to speak. As of now i have the standard armor and prolly look pretty boring ..
