New 9880 Not Working!

I have had my 9880 less than 1 week and now it is not working! It was working last night and today when I get home and power it up nothing is showing on the screen. NOTHING! The dvd drive light flashes a few times makes some access noises then nothing. it stays on but does nothing no image on the screen at all. What could be the problem. After spending all this money I am seriously freaking out. This is rediculous.


I just emailed PCTORQUE. This is the last day of my DOA policy so Sager better just ship me a new one. I am not dealing with this crap. For the price I paid this thing should be working like a dream not being an expensive paperweight.

Sager is building me a new comp and hopefully I should get it Thursday I am worried about there Safety Deposit holding on the cc. I dont wont to see another 2600 bill on the cc statement.

I plan to bring the old one to my local UPS dropoff Monday once I recieve the new comp with the packing slip inside. Hopefully it will get to Sager sometime next week and they can take the extra charge of teh cc. I wish we could just do a switch with UPS. They take old one they give me new one right at my door.

the same exact thing happened to me. sager will take care of so don't worry.
