geforce go 6800 official drivers wont install on 9300

it says couldnt find hardware drivers for it..

er... scroll down when you get to that link and look for "Pieter's mobile INF modified for v77.72"

I just extracted that inf file from the zip file and

1. uninstalled nvidia through control panel add/remove programs
2. rebooted
3. ran the nvidia executable to install the 77.72 driver
4. got an error message that the installation process couldn't find the correct inf file (or words to that effect)
5. copied the extracted Pieter's file from another folder into the nvidia folder that was created by the nvidia installation routine
6. went into that folder and ran the setup.exe file
7. manually chose Pieter's inf file
8. got joy!

verified, upon reboot, that driver version was 77.72

I copied and pasted this from a thread on the front page of 9300/XPS ....
