that looks like a good deal considering the fact that discounts in CANADA are rare..

Nice. One way to get a good deal with dell is if you're part of the CMA. You get free complete care/3 year warranty on any laptop.

My suggestion for those that want to save a wackload of money...try to jump on the Dell USA deals. I got my 700m (1.6ghz, 256, 40gb, 8x dvd burner, 1 year warranty, extra 8 cell battery all for 780US shipped) from the EPP 750off a while back and I'm super happy with it. You need to have an Amerifriend though.

dell deal

Hello y'all,

Thanks for the comments ....I got the deal the follow way:

1. E-value code from the flyer (around 450 $ off)
2. Friend is a CSR for Dell canada ...so he hooked me up large

I paid 1299 $ canadian figures all-inclusive for everything ....He just taxed me on that 1299 so it came up to 1493 ....Thank you God, you heard my prayers..I hope you guys have the patience and get lucky too ..Dell Canada rips ppl off big time in comparison to Dell USA.

Take care,
I'll post more on it once I get the laptop (T - 15 days, hopefully)

What flyer was this? I just got one yesterday and it didn't have any e-value codes. Right now a 6000d is looking at around $2500 w/ tax
