So I just got a Lenovo Yoga 13. This is my review.

Hum, although I don't have a laptop yet, I would recommend using your vaccum cleaner with a bristled tip, something really soft not to harm anything, you could do the keyboard and the exterior. I think that cleaning the screen with some paper towels and windex should be ok, but don't quote me on this.
Compressed air is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED over a vacuum cleaner. Vacuum cleaners (especially with the nylon bristles) cause static discharge due to the particles passing through the plastic tubing and other 'physics jargon'. You can get cans of compressed air at any good electronics reatiler or Walmart has them in the computer section for a few dollars.
Also stay away from the windex for the screen - anything with ammonia or vinegar can be harmful. Opinions vary on LCD screen cleaning. I use a slightly damp CLEAN soft cotton cloth. If there is a really bad greassy smudge, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol (just a few drops) on the damp cloth and they should go away.
I also like to use Armor All for the plastic outside (spray it on a soft cloth not directly onto the laptop). It repels dust and gives it a nice sheen.
