I have a 8790 and just recently have not been able to play any 3d animation games!!! When i start up a game and start playing immediately green lines appear on the screen and it crashes!!!!! I have cleaned out everything with the compressed air stuff !!! the cpu and graphics card have not been overclocked!!!! I am running windows XP pro service pack 2 and everything is up to date. Also i have tried putting old graphics drivers in and tried put newer ones in Nothing seems to work!!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

The system is a 3.4 MHZ, 1 gig ram, 60 gig 7200rmp HD, and 9700 graphics card.

i just got mine back from RMA today....i was underclocking for a while....but it kept progressivly getting worse...as i underclocked more and more....

they did a number of things to it....and i noticed they underclocked it themselves.
