If you want pro, you need a whole different respawn disc, because the one you have is for Home. You can call and ask if its possible to give you a new one.

Here's a back track question>>>>

How is XP Home compatible with a Pro environment?
I mean, can I easily connect to our office network system?
i think we're using Win2k for our server and the rest of the workstations are running XP Pro.

This will actually dictate if I need to upgrade.

Salamat. (thanks)

While I haven't tried Home, Pro and Server, I have tried Pro and Server 2003. There weren't any problems that I could find. However, on an off topic subject, I am having trouble getting Virtual PC loaded so that I can use RedHat 9.0 for my college courses. Any suggestions?

Home can join a workgroup but not a Domain. You will also not have access to roaming profiles, remote desktop, and NTFS permissions.
