small problem

I have an 8886 that I purchased some months ago (LOVE IT!)

But now the number '3' key on the number pad has come off the dang thing. it is sitting loose on top of where it belongs. How do I get it attached again??

I don't want to remove mine to see how the keys are attached, but perhaps the keyboard would be easier to work with, or the key would be easier to push back on, if you removed the keyboard from the laptop. My 8887 has to tabs at the top of the board that you push in to release the top edge. You then slowly lift up and out, being careful of the attached cable at the bottom of the board. Remove the cable from the slot in the keyboard, and the board should then be free to work with. Let us know how it goes.
