Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
This blue screen with 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL' message came up randomly since I got my 9880. The worst part is if I leave my 9880 on overnight, the blue screen would come up in the mid of night and kept the screen on till the morning I saw it. I am wondering whether this would have the burn-in effect on my LCD. Any help would be appreciated.

I just responded to Matrix in the Sager General forum on this, when I checked here I saw yours so figured I'd google it and came up with lots of different info on the error. I definitely suggest you do same b/c many people have this problem and the fixes are varied (it appears to be a hardware/software relationship problem with IRQ's).
Start here and read whole topic....keep scrolling down past the marketing there's some good posts near the bottom. http://www.experts-exchange.com/Oper..._20361745.html Good luck. |
