A BIG "Plus One" for Apple Cust Service
Well, I had a funny thing happen. I ordered some GarageBand software, and Mac OS X 10.4 and some other stuff on 3-5 day shipping via Apple's phone service on Friday. I got part of the order, but instead of getting 10.4, I got a Mighty Mouse. I looked at the order info, and the BOL said I was getting Tiger, but they put the wrong item in the box. I called Apple Cust care, and explained it to them. Not only are they shipping Tiger to me overnight express, but they let me keep the mouse!!!! This totally kicks ass, as I wanted a Mighty Mouse, but didnt wanna pay for it. Mucho props for Apple taking care of a problem like that.
