both are identical. comes with 2 sticks of Infineon memory

256MB DDR,133MHz, CL2

Both hard drives are Hitachi Travelstar 40gb.

both are in working condition. i will get the restore cd's from my office sometimes later next week and include them also. thw windows serial sticker is still attached in the back of the laptop.

laptop comes with its own charger.
