the only difference between the 80 and the 90 is the GPU, right? so the manual should be almost identical

I would believe so. Funny thing is that I didnt even know 5690 existed until a little while back.

The service manuals have been removed from Clevos site.

Is there anybody with the 5660 Service manual that would be able to email it to me, or put it on a CD I send them.

bsmith has a Service Manual for the 5660/5670 that he has hosted temporarily on a mates site:

would be cool if you could maybe get a hold of it and put whith the 5680/5690 one for any future users.

Its back up for me. These intermediate outages are usually due to networking between you and the server.
