Base/Docking station for the 9300?

I was looking at some pics in the hp section and came across a sweet looking docking station. Are there any for the 9300?

I don't think so. There is nothing on the 9300 that would connect it to a docking station. Ayone correct me if I'm wrong please.

I also wish there were a dock for the 9300. Making it all more convenient to unplug it from half a million cables and go mobile.

There is a thing called a USB 2.0 Port replicator. but its not as good as a true docking station

To be honest with the increased use of USB docking stations have kind of become redundant, especially with these laptops. They were useful when you had a variety of mouse, keyboard, printer, com and serial ports to plug/unplug but now nearly everything is USB (ok, there is the power, video, network, phone and firewire). For example, I have 9 USB devices, these plug into a hub so I only have one cable to plug/unplug, apart from power and network of course. I know what you mean though, it would be nice just to sit the laptop down onto the desk and into a cradle where everything is then connected, at the very least it would stop the damn power cable falling down the back of my desk every time I unplug it...
