Turion + Quake 3 + Doom 3 + Quake 4 = Fast forward
HI, I have a Ferrari 4002 running slackware 10.2 with 2.6.14 and 8.18.6 ati drivers. The problem is that the game seems to run in fast forward and I donīt mean that there are too many fps. I mean that even with low fps everything happens too fast.
I googled and I found that this is maybe due to powernow and cpu speed throttling that confuses the game (maybe some timers?). But even if I disable powernow and set the cpu freq to a certain value, the problem still exists. Anyone else with this issue? Got a fix? Thnx
