Audio problems FS742/W
It appears that if I run any other application on the system when I am running iTunes or WMP then something interferes with playback and sound quality degrades dramitically. One thing I've seen is the CPU spike to 100% and I have to restart playback for the sounds to remain clear. (Once it starts bad it stays bad.). This also seems to occur for other applications (the silly sound when Quicken opens).
Installed 2GB RAM Restored from the Sony recovery disks I created. Reinstalled the audio drivers (RealTek HD Audio). Fresh install and installed the audio drivers. Any ideas would be great. |
