Major M-70 Issue

I bought a new laptop (toshiba m70-fe5, windows xp. sp2). I havent done much with it but today I downloaded and installed that new windows security update. I then installed the poker client from truepoker.net. I then restarted my laptop and it gets passed the boot up screen then I recieve a BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH saying that a "fatal system error has occured with the logon process, the system has been shut down".

I cant even boot it in safe mode. My laptop is really screwed up! Any suggestions? Thanks for any help

When it is coming up, press F8. Choose "last known good configuration".
