The AW "Chat with Tech Support Agent" option has been grayed out since around Christmas. Does anyone have any idea why? Any ideas when/if it's coming back?

Yah, I just noticed that when I had a question and thought to use it...I hope it does come back as I used it a few times and found it useful...
