What's up with Dell's Bluetooth drivers?

I'm sure people here have noticed that Dell's new Bluetooth drivers (from toshiba?) add like 7 extra processes. I got a lot of RAM, but still don't like all the extra memory taken up. Anybody else irked? Have tips? Know if all the processes are absolutely necessary?

Might be another thread on it, but search doesn't work for me.
