There are several screen capture programs out there (one's even built into Windows, if I recall correcly) I personally use Wisdom Soft's Screen Hunter

also Desktop Sidebar:
http://www.desktopsidebar.com/

and NEVER download themes from http://www.themexp.org because all their files are excutable and will install adware into your computer.

You dont need any third party programs like windowblinds or stylexp to customize the look of windows. Google uxtheme.dll, and you should find instructions on how to download a .dll file and replace it with the original one in system32 directory to allow XP to support custom skins.
