the unlockable 6800nu chips were agp, pcie ones use laser-cut chips which you can't unlock

but i read Mr.K did this though. He upgraded his friends D810 with 6800Go and then over clocked it. Now all D810 only have PCIe ports so i do believe there is a way to do this.

Are you ticking to load the overclocked values on startup?

My 6800 overclocks fine. I have it running at 350/700

I have the same problem, both coolbits and rivatuner can't save my OC, actually i'm using forceware 84.30.

The bios isn't unlockable, you have to use NiBiTor to change the clock speed values and then flash the update via NVflash in dos. The procedure isn't any different than the 6800 ultra or 7800 card. Just make sure to have NiBiTor save the bios from your own card (instead of downloading one from this site or such)

You dont need to do anything to a 6800go, overclocking works, provided you have coolbits working.
From what I can see, it most probably is a driver issue. Use Driver cleaner, and get rid of the old drive. Use the latest laptopvideo2go drivers, that should solve your overclocking issue
