84.30 nVidia drivers from Dell, rez issue after closing display

Hi All (first post),
I installed the new 84.30 drivers that Dell had on their site and now when ever i close my display and then reopen it.. all my desktop icons and open windows are moved and/or shrunk to like 800x600 or so in the top left corner. Just wondering if anyone else had seen that issue? I had been using a modden INF from laptopvideo2go. But i uninstalled the nvidia drivers before installing the package from the Dell site.

As a note, this issue doesn't happen if the power saving options turn off the display, its only when I actually close the display.

Thanks for any info..

Yeah, i've been having that exact same problem since i updated my drivers. Sorta pisses me off, but not too much of a hassle to just realign the icons. I don't know of any fix for the problem, but haven't researched it.

Thanks Black...
Good to know its not just my machine. I may just go back to the drivers i was using before until it gets fixed I guess.

I get the same problem with Dell's 84.69 drivers on my XPS Gen 2, 7800 GTX Go. I changed to the 84.63 driver off NVidia's site with the LV2G inf.
