You are browsing within the review sections of our forums. Content within these sections reflect consumer opinions of laptops. Our admins take the best and most objective laptop reviews and index them here to create a distinct selection of quality reviews with averaged overall ratings. Many of these reviews have benchmarks attached to them which allows for users to compare their laptop's performance with others, and ultimately enables us to provide a sortable list which at a glance show the fastest laptops amongst a variety of applications (gaming, video editing, web browsing, etc...). okay first off: bump for a great thread an encourage people to add their laptops. Secondly, apart form the Gateway mentioned here (which doesn't support the X1400 anymore), does anyone know of a tablet that has a modular video card? Or even better an MXM card? Even if it's underpowered.

arn't there any good 14" 4:3 ratio notebooks out there? I mean Asus and stuff can do a widescreen version but not normal... dammit. Ah well. I suppose I'll still hang around for a vaguely good gaming tablet...

Lightbulb Where's Zepto's notebooks?

Could you also add scores for Zepto's best notebook Znote 6615WD? Zepto makes powerful gaming laptops, packed with geforce go 7600, 512 Mt RAM which operates at 400 Mhz on the chip, and 750 Mhz (DDR) on RAM. I think Znote would wipe the floor with many of the notebooks within same price range, at least if it's well configured...

What about the new Alienware systems.

Alienware m9700 and the mALX. If you go into the Alienware section of this forum and you can see that with SLI dual 256mb 7900 gs on the m9700 you can reach over 10000.

I have a single 256mb 7900gs m9700 with a 1.8 turion CPU and I get 6100 on 3dmark05.
