HP Pavilion ZV5000
I own a HP Pavilion ZV5000 and I keep having troubles with it shutting off. I don't know if it's overheating or not. I suspect it is. I was just wondering if anyone else has one of these or any other HP and has the same problem? It mostly happens when I'm playing games on it; but it happens anytime. And does anyone know if one of those fans for notebooks may work for this problem?

Do a search here and all over the net for the AC adapter problem. Millions I think. You should find several threads about it. Hope this helps

Thanks
I did see about the adapter and battery but I don't think that's it. It turns off even with it unplugged or with the battery out and plugged in. I contacted HP online help and they had me download some BIOS and an upgrade for my ATI graphics card and this did not work at all. Any ideas anyone?
