Thumbs up GeForce Go 7900 GTX 256 Benchmarks

84.21 Forceware driver
5.71.22.20.17 VBIOS

Aurora m7700 (fx60, 2gb, 2x100GB 7200 rpm sata raid 0,1920x1200 17" monitor, creative labs audigy 2zs)

Go 7900 GTX 256 card Go 7800 GTX 256 Card
clock 500 MHz 400 MHz
3DMark05 8147/5384 CPU 7060/5258CPU
3dMark06 4678 4079
1912 SM2 1590
1836 SM3 1597
1852 cpu 1886

Go 7900 GTX seems to run a little cooler (surprisingly, since TDP is 45W vs 40 for 7800 card) but I can't tell for sure because RivaTuner isn't showing hardware monitor plugins with 84.21.

Worth the roughly $500 to me...

It eats 5 more watts, but the die is smaller.
Hence, it's gonna run cooler.

Great results, btw!
