well i just overclock my card to 445c/1200 and here are the results.

3DMark05 -

7354

ATITool v0.25 Beta 10 Total runtime 1906 seconds and no errors at all.

Temps
on idle my temp is at 58C and while playing games such as NFP most wanted and BF2 the temp will go up to 85C, never seen it go as high as 90c+ only while running the ati tool i have some screenshots below.

Now, mine is 6715 without overclocking but added a stick of 512 mem for a total of 1.5 gigs.

did you apply AS5 to your GPU? I run at 445/1250 and idle at mid 40s and top out under 70. I don't recall my last 3DM'05 score but it was in about the same range. What drivers are you using?

Mine was all stock, no overclocking. 1.5 gig ram, no AS5, 2.0 GHz, 60 gig HD 7200 RPM, but had, cant remember "g" or "g-force" something drivers.
