Promise ultra vista driver
I cannot complete my beta 2 vista install on my 8890 without updated promise ultra vista drivers for my IDE controller. The drivers that came with the system do not seem to be compatible with Vista. I emailed Promise and they said they do not have vista ready drivers.
Has anyone gotten Vista to install on 8890 and is so what drivers did you use for the Promise controller? |

Vista installs fine with ULTRA driver

Thanks I got it and it installed properly. I found drivers for all the hardware in the 8890.
