Question about selling with Paypal
I just want to make sure that if i give my Paypal Invoice and the buyer pays it (around 600 for my laptop) there's no way he/she could be a scammer if the money is in my Paypal account right? Thanks!

True. But if you keep that money in your account (paypal) and after a while buyer opens a dispute (for what ever reasons), paypal can freeze your account and your money will be stuck.
Best thing to do is to take that money out the second it comes in. Either do a bank transfer or do an ATM withdrawal. But don't leave any money in your paypal account (if you actively trade on ebay, you can/should keep arround 50-100 but no more).

Very true. I have had paypal freeze my account several times. One situation took months to resolve *luckily it wasn't much money* That's why I always transfer my money when payment is receive. No sense of waiting.

A scammer can send you paypal... Stolen credit card.
Paypal is fairly savvy - they block certain ip addresses. One clue is to make sure the IP address in the emails lines up with the shipping geography. Above is good advice also - pull the money immediately. Disassociate paypal and your bank account, they can pull money back from your account. |

If you have no money in your account and a dispute is opened, they cannot take money from your bank account.
