I actually bought mine barebones through a company called Gen-X-PC (no processor, memory, wireless, hard drive, or O/S). Only took a week to recieve. I ordered the parts at the same time as the notebook, and they came in about the same time. A couple of hours after all the parts came in, brand new notebook with a nice, clean O/S

well, I had a malx on order for about 3 decades....well, about 2 months. Which they had my 5k dollars and I had nothing to show for it. They never even called me when my approx(insert joke here!) ship date passed. SO, long story short....I ordered a 5950 fully loaded for about 1200 or so less and recieved it in 5 days!! (I payed for overnight which was still cheaper than alienwares ground shipping) I hate to put down alienware because I have owned 3 systems from them and they have performed flawlessly. But they really are terrible in customer service and delivery of a new multi thousand dollar system. I have really been happy with my new sager!! Call powernotebooks.com and ask for ryan, he was great!! Terrific communication e-mail and phone follow up! And, believe it or not he called me after I had they system for a week just to see if I had any questions or complaints!! Well, good luck with your new system!
