Sound issues

I have a 9750. I bought the Boondock Saints DVD and when i try to play it, no matter which program i use such as Windows Media Player, Intervideo WinDVD or VLAN, i can get the sound effects and music to work just fine but the Dialogue audio is not there. It is as if the dialogue is muted. I have checked the DVD and the dialogue is not muted.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you able to play other DVDs okay? Also, you might want to check on the sound settings through the control panel sound manager or whatever it's called. I had to make some changes in there to get my audio at a nice level for watching DVDs at work. By the way, nice choice of movies. Boondock Saints is one of my favorites.
