What do Tray Program and Service Program do?

Anyone know what these two programs do? Unless I block them with my firewall, they try to access the internet on startup.

Tray Program for Acer - admtray
Service Program for Acer - admserv

I've been blocking them, just because I don't like to have tons of things accessing the internet on startup (or ever, really).

Thanks for any insight!

I don't know what they are ,or what they do ,but any program that wants to hookup to the internet without "user interaction" is SPAM ,as far as I'm concerned.

Lose 'em...

(IMHO)
