Need Help with Samsung R65!!

I just bought R65 and i noticed that the HDD is only 69GB...The spec stated it is 80GB HDD... why?

My best guess.

The missing space is probably taken for the recovery partition so that you can reinstall the machine easily. It is common practice for manufacturers to do this.
