9750 - sata connector failure

I bought the 9750 in January and yesterday I had the first (major) problem with it. It didn't recognize the booting hdd anymore, so I had to use the other connector. I kind of freaked out because I have two hardrives (no RAID) and I had to take the other HDD out. I had an extra ribbon, tried it, the same problem. Switched the harddrives, same thing, the bottom connector (computer turned upside down) doesn't recognize the HDD connected it to it anymore. Fortunatelly I am up and running with the upper connector after I took out the second hdd. I had a scare with windows as it didn't reboot because of a damaged dll (hal.dll), fortunatelly chkdsk fixed the problem.

I used to get hdd errors once or twice a day for a long time (kind of every other day), even before I got the second hdd, but I ignored it :-( since it was nothing major. So my advice to you guys is to check out the event log every day and treat the hardware errors seriously...

Any suggestions ?
