LatinoHeat is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
Talking Thank you!!!

Thank you!!

No grainy!!!

THank you to all, everyone. I have not experiance any problems yet. The intel logo, does not look that bad, actually matches the ASUS logo, all grayscale.

Thank you!

..................

Oops.. Not to be picky, if you looked at a top angle, the grainy is still there, but not as obvious. Still great, at least the front view is great.

Great!
At least the grainy was greatly greatly reduced.

I got an ASUS W3J. It is gone drastically, but if you put your head about one inch to the screen from a top view/ really angled view, you may notice just a bit. If it may even be called a bit, its almost unoticeable graininess.
At least front view is gone.

Anybody noticing a thin horizontal image distortion line randomly appearing while watching a DVD movie after the BIOS upgrade? Unfortunately I'm using a different DVD program since the ASUSDVD program had too many image "pauses", so I couldn't tell if its InterVideo WinDVD or if its the 209A BIOS.

The image is better because I could notice the graininess a bit more when I'm watching a movie with the 207 version.

Did it come with the W3J or did you buy it separately?

Thanks!

after installing the new bios, when i use FN+any function button (e.g. raise/lower sound volume, brightness), the meter is stuck.

Basically if i increase the brightness, i can see the tick thing going up, but once i depress the button it doesnt go away. It's always stuck there and it wont fade away

anyone know how to get rid of it? (you can see it in the image below on the top left)
