Question about sound card on Thinkpad T60

I wonder if SoundMAX HD Audio installed on my ThinkPad T60 supports 5.1 or 7.1 speakers. Anybody knows that?
Thanks

. u can open the soundManager app and verify if there is the possibility to look at 5.1 or 7.1 or both
. T60 has ONE audio out, so it would make no difference if the driver can support it or not

cheers ...
