High Benchmarks on m7700?

3D Mark 03

I have been reading some of the reviews on the m9700's and the m5500's all the newer lines. I have been seeing benchmarks of around 10k or a bit higher (12k).

I belive one of the reviews I read was a dual SLI config with benchmarks only at 12k?

I have the m7700.
Pentium4 3.8Ghz w/ H/T
2Gigs of ram
6800Go Ultra
1900x1200 WUXGA+
Raid0 60x2 5400rpm

My benchmarks were 10k on the first, 11k on the second and 12,814 on the third run. Does this make any sense?

3dmark03 isn't going to be a good comparison w/ today's systems due to "duel core cpus" and different shader comparisons

so new tech will not benefit that much more from an older benchmarking program

wow 1700 in 05???? Even 3-4k is Horrible for your system. I run 5100-5500 normally on my system with no OC'ing. I was running 3k the other day and called tech support and found my GPU was way messed up. Had a piece of rubber melted to it. So you might want to check up on that and see why is getting so low of a score.
