Acer Aspire 1710 cpu upgrade
What cpu, video etc upgrades are possible for an Acer Aspire 1710? I'm running the Pentium 4CPU, 3 gHz with 1gb ram. I would greatly appreciate any feedback. I'm wanting to run high end 3D CAD programs.
Best regards, Jim Kettle jimkettle@creativebuildingdesign.com.au |

i believe that ur model is pretty much max-out as far as cpu and gpu upgradability concerns
. u might add more ram and a 7200rpm drive if u have not done so . i heard that some brave soul trying making a jump to an ati gpu, but did not succeed . other than that, the nvidia5700 is max for the model u r using cheers ...
