nc4000 touchpad

ok any way to get the touchpad on my nc4000 to recognize a double tap as a click/select function? i looked around and can't find any options for it. thanks!

Control Panel>Mouse>Device Settings Tab>Settings>Tapping

Then click "Enable Tapping".
