gotta contact ebay and go through the hoops, its not that hard but you have to do everything like go through the correct ebay channels to first claim you cant complete the sale and why (because the seller is requesting shipment to a country you dont ship to) you want to make sure the jerk cant neg you and that his account is cancelled and that will do it. Secondly you want to end your auction and report the item unpaid and get your FVF fees refunded then if you click relist through the item page, I THINK that you get your next listing fees free, or you're only billed once at any rate you do get your FVF fees refunded which is the biggest one.

All right, so I'm obviously not going to ship it. I went to message the user that was trying to scam me, to tell him pretty much to go **** yourself. Well, turns out his account was already shutdown by eBay. So, I guess no further action is required.... I don't know if I'll get my listing fee back... it says if i relist it for the first time and it sells, I won't be charged an extra listing fee. If that is the case, then I guess I'll just wait for a real buyer... problem solved... thanks.

Just file a dispute with ebay for unpaid item, and the fees should be refunded up front since he is n longer registered

I get them about 20% of the time. Report the account for scamming, relist the item. Also if you like, try a second chance offer but I have yet to have anyone buy because they already bought what they wanted after not getting mine.

I also just read that for the first time, while at work, boss within earshot, I laughed so hard that tears were actually going down my face. I loved the windows key on the key board where the windows logo was colored over in crayon and was replaced with the apple function key(also in crayon).
