Bluetooth is an option when you order these notebooks configured from Toshiba. I bought a U205-S5044 from CompUSA and it didn't have bluetooth. After much experimentation and research, I found the parts to add bluetooth to the U200/U205/Tecra M6.

You'll need a bluetooth antenna. Any internal wireless card antenna will work. I used one from a spare laptop that I had for parts.

The bluetooth module mounts under the enter key on the keyboard. You'll have to remove the keyboard, and top cover to get to it, which means removing every F8 & F16 screw underneath, as well as 2 screws to get the keyboard off, and 3 more screws under the keyboard. You'll also need to peel back the clear plastic covers under the keyboard to release the ribbon cables for the touchpad, power button panel, and fingerprint reader.
