It's actually a square sheet that you cut to size. I used a razorblade and it worked just great.

So do you think that it would leave the residue once it is removed? It looks great by the way

Nothing that can't be taken out by some googone or something like that. It sticks nicely, but feels like it won't leave too much crap behind. I had a skin on my ipod (from decalgirl as well) and it didn't leave anything behind when I got tired of it.
