Clean install advice...
I'm getting a dv6000z on the 26th and I'm reading there's lots of bloatware and that it runs much more smoothly if you do a clean install.
The problem is that HP doesn't send a Vista install disc. They only send you a restore disc. My friend has the Vista Ultimate disc. Could I use that, give it my Windows key on the label, and it install? Any other solutions or comments? |
