Will the alienware m9750 with
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T7600 2.33GHz 4MB Cache 667MHz FSB

Be able to upgrade to DX10 or will it be stuck with the dual Go 7950 GTX - SLI Enabled cards?

Maybe. When the 7800gtx's came out, a lot of people with alienware laptops (with 6800 ultras) weren't able to upgrade without a motherboard replacement due to some compatibility problems.
Maybe there might be some compatibility problems again, who knows?

Santa Rosa could also end up messing around with compatibility. Graphics cards released with Dells Napa laptops weren't compatible with the older Sonoma laptops.

I'd wait and see.
