Hi guys. Need to bring everyone up to date on this because lately the mod team (myself in particular!) have been getting pretty sick and tired of cleaning up the Dell sub-forums of inappropriately posted Sale/ Wanted/ Swap threads. These belong in the designated For Sale Board located in the General section of the Forum Index, and should follow the rules posted within.

Yes, we have extended this to include all price check threads. More often than not they turn into sale threads with people offering, the OP trying to sell, whatever. We don't want to see it anymore except in the For Sale section. Remember, this is for your own protection as buyers/ sellers as much as it is for the good of the forum.

So, let me clarify what I am talking about:

NO posting threads offering items for sale.
NO posting in existing threads offering other users something for sale
NO 'pimping' or 'plugging' for sale threads in the For Sale section by posting links
NO ebay links
NO having sale notices or links in your signatures
NO asking other users if they have something for sale
NO making offers to people to buy something off them in their threads
NO price check threads (check ebay for a guide)

If you want to do any of this except price checks, please use the FOR SALE section, or PM the user in question directly.
