We have some exciting news on the NP9260 front. We will be upgrading the Wi-Fi card for all pre-orders from the Intel 3945ABG to the Intel 4965AGN 802.11n card. Also, for pre-orders with 1024/2048MB orders will be upgraded from DDR2-667 to DDR2-800 memory. This upgrade is not available for 4GB orders as the DDR2-800 memory is not yet available in a 2 GB module.

That said the initial test units have been received by Sager earlier this week. They have been running it through internal testing, and it has been passing with flying colors. We anticipate it will be shipping early next week. Without a doubt this unit will be back ordered sometime in the near future.
