For those of you that order a T61 this weekend with the 25% off Labor day sale and also using a 20% ecoupon. I have a question for you guys.

I just order my T61. Inputed my ecoupon code. the price went down to $984 before tax. a total saving of $665. Now I proceed to checkout, input my address, payment option, shipping option, and clicked ORDER. my confirmation page states that i have used the ecoupon. but the email conformation and the order status on Lenovo's website shows no evidence of the ecoupon at all. which brings me up to around $1300 which i cannot afford.

Did you guys have the same problem, conformation page saying its this price while the email and the order status says its another? if so, what is going on? Thanks for you input everyone and have a great labor day weekend. (I know i wont until i figure this out...)

Best option is to call them and see if they can give you a straight answer. I haven't ordered a T61 over the weekend, but I've had issues with using 2 coupons for the same order before. A lot of times, the coupons have fine print that doesn't become obvious until after the order is placed (like not being able to combine discounts, etc.).

I ordered a T61p. You cannot use the coupon and discount at the same time. I got a better laptop for the money that a Dell with same spec's. I was looking at the Dell M4300.
