Asus C90s: Unable to boot Vista/XP without AC Adapter In
There's little more to say than the topic headline, though I can say that the errors are varied to include 0x4E, 0x50, 0x7F, 0x8E, and a codeless error reporting the ACPI noncompliance of the BIOS. The laptop boots fine as long as it's plugged in, but other than that it will not reach the desktop without at least a blue screen of doom or a complete freezing. Anyone have any solutions? I've updated all drivers/BIOS and still nothing yet.
