Any tweaked Quadro drivers for Vista?

I've got a Quadro 120m or something like that (basically geforce 7300) and I've used it for gaming in XP before. However, I now dual boot and XP is for work only, and I have Vista for games. All my games run very slowly and I'm trying to remember if I ever installed a display driver in Vista... and I don't think I did. I had good luck with tweaked ones for XP, but I don't remember where I got them, and after about 8 Google searches with nothing, I'm starting to get irked. Anyone have a site bookmarked?

TY indeed. Sadly, I realize now that my problem is that I somehow installed 64-bit Vista AND didn't know it for about 4 months... amazing. Amazingly annoying too, as I have everything set up and running beautifully the way I like it (with the exception of any games) and I really don't want to start over to get to 32-bit.
