Love my laptop but need to dual boot it for work purposes. I have collected a few drivers here and there like the ATI video, realtek wired and wireless drivers, but I assume I'll need a dozen others.

If anyone has a list of drivers I should download, please post those here. I can even host a driver package for this laptop if so desired.

I'll post whatever I find as I find it.

So far I have found the: video, sound, modem, wired network

Microsoft Update found the wireless adapter for me, but I still have 3 items that I cannot identify. I'll post a pack up here once it's done.

Also, just about every driver install has been manual - meaning "I have a disk" option for updating the driver.

You can download all of the drivers here - I will move this to rapid share or something similar - soon.

Includes all the essentials and even the card reader drivers. Sorry - no FN key driver. Only one I could not find.

When installing the wireless driver - run it - let it finish, reboot. If it still did not find your card - run windows update and it will now detect it and install the correct driver. Worked for me.

Video driver - you have to use the "Have disk" method. Works fine if you select the X1200 from the list.

Amendment to this file I uploaded to rapidshare.

Use the Ricoh Card Reader driver that came on your restore disc #1 - it has ALL of the drivers (not just 2 out of 3) - so you'll no longer have that last remaining "Base System Device".

There - 100% working set of XP drivers for your Toshiba. Enjoy - I know I am.

Noone used this? Come on now... lol - hope someone is getting some use out of the driver set. I've handed it off to several folks in person (since I highly recommended the laptop to friends while on sale at Fry's for 599.00). Still running strong for me on the dual boot system. All my computers are Windows Vista now - so I keep the dual boot on this one to use my Plextor Convert X which does not work with Vista.

Someday Plextor will catch up.

appreciate it, but still confuse it not really specific same as like my toshiba model....iam still afraid it will incompatible with my model.
