I just recieved my 9751 the other week and everything seems to be fine with it except the Ctrl buttons. Both the left and right Ctrl buttons are showing bizzare behavior. The left one will cause any address bar in any window that is open to open the drop down menu for it. The right Ctrl cause the current window to maximize and open the windows help and support page.

I have contacted Sager and they had me reseat the old keyboard, no change. They have sent me a second keyboard and no change either.

So I will most likely have to send the entire unit back to them for replacement. Do you think they will be willing to send out a new unit as a replacement on advance shipping if they have my credit card info? I got the machine as I have had surgery and will be layed up in the hospital and back at home for a few weeks and cannot get out of bed to use my regular desktop (which is in storage now as I will be at my girlfriends house to recover). Anywho, point is I cannot be offline for a couple of weeks while they figure this out and fix it.

What should I do??

Geez, by the time they get you a loaner (really doubt they'd do that) and you load everyhting you use they'll probly be shipping it back.
You can probably rent something.
